On October 8, OLG School had not one, but TWO Principals. Third-grader Phoebe Midttveit won the opportunity to serve as Principal-for-a-Day at Septembers Back to School Bash. This poised young lady led the school in morning prayers and the Pledge of Allegiance, and announced the daily totals for the Blue v. Gold Walkathon results. From interviewing the staff to visiting classes for informal observations with Sister Dolores, Phoebe was a professional and gracious presence. She assisted the Student Council officers with the ice cream sale, and had a power lunch with Sister Dolores. It was an excellent day all around, and she was an excellent example to other would-be administrators.
