On Saturday 19 July, three UDSU staff and student members will be attempting to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to raise money for the British Red Cross. Its a challenging 24.5mile walk taking in the 3 ascents of Pen y Ghent, Whernside and Inglebrough – all of which are about 700m high! Our team led by Raise and Give Chair, Amy Horner, are raising money for the work of the British Red Cross. The Red Cross are an International charity that helps people affected by crises and disasters all around in the world and the UK in response to house fires, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, famine and war.
