On Saturday, October 4, Har-Ber Village Museum presents a Chuck Wagon Dinner Under the Stars. Guests are invited to “whet their whistle” with beer, wine and sarsparilla while listening to player piano music at the Village Saloon starting at 6:30pm. A stroll through the village on the way up to the new “Event Tent” will provide participants with a demonstration of weaving on the museum’s rug loom and a preview of the new Crafters at Har-Ber Village retail shop. Grub will be served at 7:30pm and will feature food cooked over an open fire pit: smoked brisket and sausage, Dutch oven taters, cornbread salad, cowboy beans, rolls and cobbler.
