On September 26th my grandmother turns 90. Our family spread all over the state and Florida, and her church, planned a surprise party for her today. My grandmother told us many years ago that for her 75th birthday she wanted a a red convertible. Back then all we could make happen was a hot wheels red convertible. So with the help of one of my clients and good friend Sonnie Anderson, my mother, Sonnie and I picked up my grandmother in a gold convertible and insisted she drive us around. (Video attached) She did comment it to wasnt red lol. After driving around random places we made an excuse for her to drive down the road by her church and pull in to turn around. When she pulled in there was her family, neighbors, former coworkers, former students, and friends waiting for her. The final surprise for her was my uncle living in Florida flying in and arriving at the party. She was surprised on all accounts.
