On September 30, 2014 at approximately 7:30 p.m., the Lower Police Department received a report of a suspicious person from the parents of a seventeen year old female. The juvenile reported that she was approached by a vehicle operated by a white male on North Grange Avenue near Old Baptist Road at approximately 4:45 p.m. The male asked if she needed a ride home and solicited her contact information. The juvenile declined his offer and walked to a nearby home. The vehicle then left the area. The driver is described as a white male, mid 30’s, brown “buzz cut” style hair, clean shaven and average build. He was wearing a camouflage hooded shirt with “Duck Dynasty” in white letters on the chest. The vehicle was described as a light gray newer model quad cab pickup truck, possibly a Ford. It was dirty with a tinted rear window and nothing in the rear bed area. Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or that may have information on the vehicle or driver is asked to contact Lower Providence Police detectives at 610-539-5901.
