On Sunday, 25-th of May, Ukrainians were electing their President. Since last February, when the Maidan Revolution reached its apotheosis during the 19-th and 20-th, when more that 100 people were shot on the main square of Kiev, and the then president Yanoukovich fled the country, Ukraine didn’t have a legitimate president. Till today we were not even sure that Putin will “allow” us to have these elections, as he continuously provokes the situation at our eastern borders where he keeps his troops, and for today he scheduled air military exercises in several kilometers from Ukrainian borders. In Donetsk and Lugansk districts, where Russian terrorists and the local separatists terrorize the local population, only around 30% brave-hearts dared to express their will. In Crimea, people who decided to keep their Ukrainian passports and continue being Ukrainian citizens, were not allowed to vote by the Russian occupational regime. Nevertheless, 7000 Tatars found the way to sneak on the mainland of Ukraine and cast their votes in different cities. The White House has already congratulated Ukrainian people with legitimately elected new president and reconfirmed its policy of friendship and support. Russian propaganda has lied again, saying that another candidate from a right party is leading the election. Idiots! Sooner or later they will have to come with some explanations of their lies. As it seems, we will not have the second round as Peotr Poroshenko has 56.8%, and the second next candidate came with 12.8 % only (data from exit-polls). The name of our new President is Peotr Poroshenko, he is a billionaire, and they call him a “sweet baron”. Among Poroshenko’s biggest assets are confectionery corporation Roshen with account in Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Hungary and Germany, TV channel “Channel 5,” the Kyiv Shipbuilding Plant “Leninska Kuznia” with significant land lots in the capital and the “Sevastopol Sea Factory,” 55% in the sports club “5 Element” in Kyiv, 50,08% of the International Investment Bank, 49,996% of insurance company “Krayina.” He promised to sell his business in case he would become a president. He was with the protesters during the Revolution on Maidan, he is a pro-European leader, has four children and quite an elegant wife. He is not what we wanted, but during only three months that had passed after the Revolution, it was not possible to breed an ideal candidate for such country as Ukraine. The right person will come for sure during the next five years. As to Poroshenko, he undertakes the management of the country in her most difficult times, that is why during the next 100 days we are willing to refrain from criticism, but we are going to watch him closely, and, of course, we are all going to help…
