On Sunday, June 23 I will be running the BAA 10k. It will be the first BAA race since the Marathon. Later that day my band, The Replicas, will be taking part in a show to benefit the One Fund at the Lansdowne Pub. Our good friend Heidi Bean will be sitting in on vocals, keys, flute, and whatever else she feels like bringing. The average medical cost for each of the surviving victims will be $500,000. Yikes! So come out in the morning and cheer on the runners, and then come party with us at Lansdowne for a whole day of great music as we raise money for people that really need it.
