Sierra Leone is in western Africa bordered by Guinea to the north, Liberia to the southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the southwest. It has an estimated population of 6.5 million of which 60% are Muslim, 10% Christian, and 30% who have indigenous African beliefs.
