On Thursday my boss walks by my desk and says come see me when you are done with what you are doing. When I get over there the site director is also there. The site director reaches out his hand and says Congratulations, now Ill let Tim tell you why. Tim then tells me that the client, OpenTable has decided to try out having two tier 2 tech support agents at the site where tier 1 is. Normally tier 2 are only out in San Francisco. I have been chosen by both companies to one of the two. The part that I like best is there was no posting, no way to try to sell your self as being the choice. From what I understand they wanted attendance records, quality scores, sample calls, etc... Im just hoping for a trip out to SF for a week of beer drinking, I mean training.
