I understood as well as the difference between refugee and asylum seeker. I had to hide in jungle then got out from a secret location in Vietnam, if Vietcong caught, I was killed or jailed. But nowadays the asylum seekers, mostly having the free to buy airfare, then come to Indonesia as tourist, an they pay money for people smuggle. They are false refugee, so Australia have no responsibility as Geneva convention on July 28, 1951 confirmed. I fully agree with Liberals government to stop the boat, the UN recognize refugee, not asylum seeker.. Amazing how many people know the story of this new generation of asylum seekers without any investigation of their cases. Strange that nearly all applications turn out to be genuine. Why continue with these vicious lies which cost the lives of innocent families?
