On Tuesday, the U.S. House passed legislation that would prevent the EPA from implementing a proposed rule to define its jurisdiction over bodies of water. Its unfortunate that Iowa Congressman Bruce Braley voted to keep the harmful proposed rule. We cant afford to expand the role and authority of the federal government, causing our farmers to be subjected to new levels of costly permits and harmful regulations. Rep. Braley’s vote is further evidence of how out of touch he is from Iowa agriculture. This is another example of Braley’s unwillingness to stand up for Iowa agriculture in Washington, D.C. I know Joni Ernst will fight on behalf of farmers, not D.C. bureaucrats. #KeepIowaAgMovingForward https://youtube/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=3jE4JHkLcbs&app=desktop
