On Tuesday we had an urgent call from Gypsys loving owner who was referred to us from Pinjarra Vet. Gypsy was suffering from terrible seizures which upon investigation were being caused by parasites. There was a treatment available but it was at a very high cost. The vet was fantastic at offering the owner a payment plan and we only had to pay 1/3 the cost as a release payment. The owner is kind enough to agree to donate this amount back into PVBA over time as they are working but just didnt have the lump sum available at the time (this is a common thing we hear). We wish the beautiful Gypsy a speedy recovery and we thank Pinjarra Veterinary Hospital for the referral and for allowing a payment plan in this case. And most of all, a very BIG thank you to the people who donate on a regular basis to this charity as you made this case possible without me even needing to call for donations. Thanks ever so much.
