On a thread where I cannot participate (or theoretically see) because of blocking by other members, Lloyd Eby said as follows: Not everything attributed to the members of a religion should necessarily be attributed to its founder. But thats the first place to look. In other words, if there are things in Islam that are wrong or harmful or otherwise objectionable -- and I think there are -- one should immediately suspect that the wrong stems from the Prophet. As someone once said, Fish stinks from the head. In view of the mess into which the Unification Movement finds itself, and bearing in mind that the extensive corruption and politicking which Hyung Jin so bitterly complains about in the video below certainly go back to the time his father was in charge, what conclusion may we draw from this about the prophet of Unificationism? What can we further extrapolate to the likely success of a Freedom Society purportedly based on principles coming from Moons DP? BTW Lloyd, both you and Dan Fefferman seem to be very much the wise heads in that debate. I congratulate and thank you both.
