On beautiful days like this, I cant help think how much cancer has taken from me, including two summers, my mobility, my social life, my daily well-being, my paycheck, my fun, and lots more I cant think to list. Now, my strategy is to beat this (chemo tomorrow, which I may call my last because the effects are getting to be way too much), get better, get my next big operation over with, get better from that, and reorganize what is left of my life. Im still alive, and in lots of ways, that itself is miraculous. I promise that Im not depressed, just sad sometimes. The bright spot is certainly all of you who tolerate my sadness and continue to offer such wonderful, positive support. Thanks for putting up with me!
