On behalf of Action Indoor Cricket England, we would like to bid farewell to England Master and England Men’s Captain Andrew Fulton who played his last tournament in the UK yesterday up at Birmingham in the All Stars Tournament. We hope all goes well on your move back to South Africa and you are looking forward to seeing your family. You are as much of a father to your kids as you are to the indoor cricket family, so Michelle might have her hands full with all the people that may visit. Few memories from the guys/girls 1. You and the Ipad which has the answer to everything 2. Meetings (You love a meeting, sometimes meetings about meetings, but you were always prepared) 3. The physio bed, your home away from home. If you were not around it was safe to say you would be on the bed with the Physio’s 4. Your passion, pride and your drive to WIN! Whenever you played a game, is something to be admired, all people should play with this attitude. 5. Finding time to stretch no matter where you were, as seen in the photos. 6. In the huddle shouting who are we?, England in what may as well have been Afrikaans give, the strength of accent, then again this could be related to anything you said in the huddles and the confusions you caused. Cue ‘Double Clap’ 7. Being a great skipper who tried his heart out for each and everyone of us, and not just the mens side. You did OUR country proud. You will be remembered as a good leader, good cricketer but most of all a good friend. Stay in touch with everyone and all the best for the future. AIS and Action Indoor Cricket England. X
