On behalf of Henry, Katie and myself, I would like to thank Earles Tae Kwon Do for honouring Cody in such a thoughtful manner. The naming of their upcoming tournament as the Cody Coombs Memorial Tournament is filled with mixed emotions; but pride overrides all other emotions. The years we spent at Earles Tae Kwon Do were some of the best in Cody and our lives. We had many intense moments during competitions, we shared many laughs and we made life long friends. A special thank you to Master Earle, Sheila, TKD students and their parents for your support of Teen Challenge Newfoundland and Labrador, a much needed facility for our province. Unfortunately, I will not be in attendance at the tournament on Saturday, but I wish you all an enjoyable and rememberable experience. Do your best but remember to have fun. Many, many thanks Trudy
