On behalf of the Waimate 50 team a HUGE thank you to the many contractors and businesses who volunteered their time and resources to build such an awesome street circuit.....and two days later having to pull it all apart again. To the many volunteers, clubs and organisations who supported the infrastructure build and manned the event with various tasks all weekend. To the volunteers helping at the VIP area and those involved with the stadium setup and cleanup. To all the Motorsport NZ officials and all the Marshals. To the fire crew, St Johns and vehicle recovery crew. To all those involved with the hill-climb and rally sprint setup everyone has contributed to making the McKeown Petroleum Waimate 50 GT Series the BEST YET and WAIMATE the Motorsport place to be at come Labour weekend each year.
