On my daily bike ride through the Cully/ Park Rose neighborhoods I have stumbled upon a number of empty or abandoned homes. Most look like they are bank owned. When will the banks start releasing some of this shadow inventory for the public to purchase? Let me know if you might have interest in further research on these homes. The inventory is really low in Portland, Oregon right now and I have seen at least 12 empty properties in my area alone.
