I believe the attempt at Syrian intervention is no more than a cover to up for at most a willful, or least an incompetent executive branch that was engaged in smuggling arms, that were bought, confiscated or obtained by other means in Libya after that failed intervention. A vote to authorize war on Syria would eliminate an inquiry into the arms transfer to our enemy and absolve Mc Cain and the president from potential criminal prosecution and impeachable acts which happened long before the intervention. This I why John Mc Cain fought so hard for his amendment to the use of force statement. It is a complete CYAss for him and the president. What difference does Bengazzi make now ?
