On my ride to day I seemed to have everything in my favour. When you dont have to contend with things like traffic or strong winds, that means that you can maintain your momentum and concentrate your efforts on getting better long term results. Those distractions like weather, pedestrians, traffic signals, etc stop me from getting the maximum results from my rides. The quality of the value you give is going to be compromised if your mind is on that important phone call you need to make, shopping trip you need to go on or repair job around the house you need to complete.
