On occasions every organisation gets it wrong! it’s how you deal with the situation that determines your integrity and reputation. Client comments ‘I have to say, they sound very reasonable with the response they have provided to you. I have had experiences with other organisations that once they have their money they run not to be heard from again. I would have no hesitation in using them again in view of their offer and the proposed outcome. Even with the hiccup raised by the tenant about the gap in the door, the time it took to rectify and their thorough and reasonable explanation as to why that gap was there, I find them to be of integrity.
