One thing I did not mention , is the 1st night there , just prior to the battlefield being closed to the public ! I was taking pictures as the sunlight was almost completely gone ! My wife and kids were in the vehicle pressuring me to leave ! I heard cannon fire more than once , I also heard gunshots , we were at little round top ! I asked if they heard it , but they were listening to the radio ! This is no shit ! I looked up some things on line when I got home , and apparently , this is pretty normal ! No it wasnt a re-enactment !
