On paper, its an 8-3 home team with a dynamic passing attack...versus a 3-8 visiting team in the midst of its longest losing steak in history, with probably the weakest secondary defense in the conference. Its a powerhouse program still playing at the height of its potential...versus a debilitated team, struggling to rebuild itself back to its once proud stature. Yeah, on paper, there isnt much of a reason to even watch this contest. However...this is no ordinary football game. This is a game between two bitter SEC rivals. This is a game that has long been the deciding factor in whether or not a season is considered a success...or a failure. This is a game that has produced miracles...and has long made the day after thanksgiving special for something other than clearance sales and merchandising discounts. This is Arkansas/LSU...and its about to kick-off on CBS in less than 90 minutes. No matter what else has happened over the course of this season...for Razorback fans, TODAY is what everything ultimately comes down to. So lets stand loud and proud, and Call Them Hogs, folks!
