On route to Malaga airport after another fab 6 days here at Prestige Boot Camp in Marbella. There are many different reasons why people choose a week out of their busy lives to join our experience! For some weight loss is the initial attraction, others want to step up their fitness to the next level. We might see busy mums who never take time out for themselves, burnt out business executives wanting to escape the stress of the rat race, people who are grieving, broken hearted after the end of a relationship, at a crossroads, or just lost their zest for life & mojo shall we say! A lot of the ethos here is to educate people to change their attitudes to themselves & their lives. Its amazing how a week of positivity, self belief, a can do attitude, fun, laughter, moving the body and healthy nutrition can achieve! I personally am leaving feeling fitter, lighter, happier, mentally stronger in mind, body & spirit. Prestige has sprinkled its magic star dust again! Thank you to our superb team the one & only Staff R who has a very special talent at delivering all of the above, the fantastic Staff W & Staff M. Chef , Jo who works tirelessly looking after everyone, and not forgetting our incredible team of therapists Kathy, Sophie, Shirley, Sunni & Michelle who are first class!
