On the 24th of April 2013, a large garment manufacturing unit located in the Savar district of Dhaka, the Bangladeshi capital collapsed. More than a thousand, mainly women and young mothers died. In the first event of its kind a year on from the Rana Plaza disaster, thiis event will be taking a look at ethics in the garments industry, fashion and consumerism in Islam.
