On the 31st October 2013 the Rainbow Bridge welcomed Princess Beaux. One year on and the pain is still as strong as it was when we kissed her that final time. We will continue to tell Beaux’s story……….having been handed into rescue at 11pm on the 21st June 2013 from the breeder aged just 14 weeks old due to a grade 4/5 heart murmur we decided to adopt her ourselves……..we knew her time would be short and it would be unfair to rehome her……..many visits to the vet’s and heart specialists confirmed the worse and on the afternoon of the 31st October 2013 Beaux’s little heart could take no more and she passed away, out of sight of Jill and Staci-Lea, but with her best pal Jacque watching over her……….He took his mum and Staci-Lea to where she was laid………..Our Princess Beaux aged just under 10 months. Despite her serious condition Beaux was full of life, we took her places, places that are now known as Beaux’s Places, places where we will keep taking our other babies and tell them all about the special young lady Beaux. Beaux was loved by everyone she met, both human and animal, she briefly met Winston and Oscar our two Frenchies, she loved playing with Riley our Rottie but there was one special boy who Beaux loved and he loved her back twice as much………..We know that Jacque still misses her to this day and will still go back to the spot where she lay and have a sniff, his way of saying “I miss you Beaux I truly do” Beaux will forever be in our hearts and they say the pain gets easier but for this one special lady………..BY GOD IT STILL HURTS SO MUCH!!!!!!!
