On the Ebola thing. Weve been analyzing the CDC statements. They say that you cant be infected by a person who isnt showing signs and that since the man from Liberia (now in the US) was checked for a fever (and didnt have one) BEFORE he boarded the plane no one on the flight was at risk. They use this dandy little statement to justify not releasing the flight number. First of all, we feel they have no right to keep the flight information from the public. Those who were on the flight and those they have since come into contact with have every right to know and be watchful and concerned regardless of the CDCs opinion. What if you happened to be in the same airport with the man but on a different flight? Is the CDC actively tracking down the hundreds perhaps into thousands of people that MAY have been in proximity to the man or others like him. This is how fiction writers depict epidemics spreading DESPITE and BECAUSE of the actions of agencies like the CDC. Secondly, Liberian officials are hardly the sort to be taken 100% at their word. Thirdly, it takes roughly 23h 30m duration and 2+ stops to fly from Liberia to San Francisco (more to Texas) and that doesnt include processing and taxiing etc......so just because its claimed that he didnt have a fever when he BOARDED is (purposely?) deceptive. His pathology had 24 hours plus to BECOME infectious while still coming into contact with numerous people abroad. Fourthly, biology isnt precise like the CDC claims. As an example, The CDC claims that a Lyme infected tick has to be attached to a person for at least 24 hours before the person can be infected with Lyme Disease. Now, ask yourself, are you going to feel safe if you know that the tick was only attached to you for 23 hours and 59 minutes? Why did the US government bring infected Ebola patients to the CONUS? Doesnt the CDC or other gov agencies have portable facilities that can be dispatched to a hot zone which are equipped to process people in situ? And if not then why in the f**k would we send 3 or 4 thousand of our warfighters to a hot zone? Let the UN be that stupid. Theyre supposed to be a peace organization after all. The CDC said they were well trained in dealing with this type of problem. Hmmm ...one would think that the US Doctors who got infected and were brought here were also well trained,,,,yet they still got infected. It seems that its now very poor PERSEC for anyone who cares about their own well being to trust ANY OFFICIAL ADVICE. Just saying...
