On the Grill: One HUMONGEST tomato from Laurie Borup, cut into quarters (each a tomato in size itself) in loose foil (heat thru but not mushy), some green beans and brussell sprouts also in foil with a little lemon, and one Japanese Eggplant split lengthwise, and then I do plan to add in a moment... a slab of red meat !!! (at least 2 nights dinner, all meals are 2 to 3 nights here in Carolyn Land, likely 3rd night stir fry whatever is left with noodles and broth added.)
