On the issue of airlifting the President speech on National days: *This was the tradition during the Provincial Administration era, and it was done during National days not any other day. We currently have three national days in a year. *The CS Interior Joseph Ole Lenku will cancel the tender, thereafter the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government will adopt modern methods of getting the Presidents speech to County Commissioners based in areas with POOR road network and not just all the counties. *The airlifting of the Presidents speech is a tradition that was introduced in the post colonial era but not MODERN were it was read simultaneously as the President. *Those with better ideas on modern methods are welcome to give them.
