He did administer the hospital and there were good and smart people there who made him look good enough to be selected to be MP. Ask around in his grassroot how he is doing. From my other students who worked with him in the ministry, the previous and the present, you tell him something and if it goes wrong, it is your fault. He tell you something and you do it and it goes wrong, it is still your fault because you did it wrong. Lots of people dont fight for him. That is probably why he does badly in many projects. The people below him will not stick their neck out. Like in the military, some people will not follow that kind of officers into battle. So everyone is looking after their own backside. There was probably a law or regulation on licensing and that may include the tissue seller. Someone new, stupid and trying to score points, did it and it backfired. Now the minister will probably fire that officer. Simple as that. Next question, will you follow that kind of leadership and finally will you vote for him.
