On the second call one of the Legal Shield associates got the news that his 37 year old wife got a rare form of cancer:( the doctors said she needed some kind of patches so he said ok order them!!! When he went to the pharmacy to pick them up they said his insurance didnt cover them and they were 1100 and she she needed 12:( He told the pharmacy to hold them until tommorrow-he then went home and called his Legal Shield attorney-faxed over his insurance policy and they called the pharmacy because she had to have these patches RIGHT AWAY.The next day he went to pick up the patches and instead of them being 13,000 something dollars it was only 80 dollars:)))))) and saved his wife:)))))
