On the surface this early Jan & Dean song may seem like a fairly simplistic doo-wop flavored rock & roll song from the early 60s, but it actually is a very unique record due to the unusual number of keys changes or modulations throughout the song. This song changes keys more than any other song Ive ever heard! The song was released as a single in 1962 on the Liberty Records label and did not chart nationally.
