On the tail of the person warning just posted: I highly discourage every and anyone from using Mr Rooter for any plumbing issues. Over the course of 4 days they charged me over $500 to clean out the drains, while trying to push their Hydro-jetting. They DO not go through the roof stack, but insist on going through the toilet.The initial unclog was not effective and they did not replace the wax ring or flange on the toilet when they remounted the toilet. As a result, the toilet emptied out on the bathroom floor. Their service guy came out again, went through the toilet again and told me I had grease clogs, iron pipes, possible orangeburg and needed hydro jetting but gave me a bottle of bioenzymes to use over night. Needless to say, again no new wax ring, flange or bolts and the toilet again was inoperable. The last visit the service guy finally showed up at 1AM on a Friday night to see what the problem is and fix the toilet. he had NO wax ring on the truck, however I bought one that day because I was tired of waiting and planned on resetting and fixing it myself at that point. Final conversation with Mr Rooter (Not knowing any better) I told them to go ahead and schedule their jetting and the tech was supposed to call me in the am to schedule. They never did, sent me a quote a day later for jetting the drains which now brought the total up to well over 1k. In the interim, I called Radle Rooter out of Largo, they came right out, went through the roof stack, found the clean out was poured over and misc sludge and tiles somehow made it into the main line in the drains. For $400 They installed a new clean out, showed me on the camera that there was NO grease in the drains, jetted them out to the sewer and showed me my pipes, what was in them and explained that they are actually ceramic and had no damage whatsoever, good for another 25-50 yrs. Its not hard to figure out the scam that Mr Rooter tried to put over on me.
