On the way to Carson ACC this morning, we stopped in to see the fabulous gals at the Fix Long Beach event... And we were just in time to catch a young chi that was dropped off there after being hit by a car!!! If you know our Live Love team, you know what happened next... We grabbed the little man and rushed him to our vet. He has a broken pelvis and subluxation in his hip. Weve named him Jagger, and his wounds have been cleaned/stitched, but his internal injuries arent operable, so we need to keep a very close eye on him and keep him on crate rest for a good while so hopefully his bones can heal.
