On this Saturday November 22nd the Public Works Department will be collecting leaves throughout the Township. We will attempt to canvas the entire Township. This collection is in addition to our regularly scheduled weekly leaf collection. On Monday November 24th we will be back into section 1 as scheduled. As a reminder, rake leaves to the curb in neat piles that may extend the length of your property, no twigs or branches. If possible remove cars from the street so our leaf units can vacuum without obstructions or obstacles. Once our units have passed your house we will not be back until the next scheduled collection. After the “scheduled” leaf collection is over our men will conduct a final clean-up throughout the Township in no particular order. We will continue this until about the first or second week in December or the first major snow storm. Leaves may also be bagged or canned and will be collected every Wednesday throughout the year.
