On this day, In honor of my brother, I feel compelled to say if you are suffering from depression please seek help....you are important, loved and matter!!! I have aniexty and some dont think it is real. They may say Its all in your head. You can control it. But I am here to say it is real and can affect you physically. It can cause shortness of breath, tachycardia and even alter your blood pressure. It is hard for me to put this personal information out there, but if it helps just one person then it is worth more than I can express. Please find someone to talk to or a way to express yourself. Exercise helps tremendously with aniexty as well as art...such as painting or music...find what will ease your mind and help you express your feelings! ~from my heart~
