On this day in 1960: Judys scheduled concert at the Free Trade Hall in Manchester, England, was cancelled when she, Sid, Fred Finklehoff and his wife, all came down with food poisoning; the concert was rescheduled for December 4. According to the November 14, 1960 issue of Billboard, Finklehoff was scripting the screenplay for Born in Wedlock for filming in England next year. The film would never be made.
