On this, the final day of Epilepsy Awareness we are in shock and completely devastated since finding out tonight that this beautiful angel passed away today. Emma had Ohtahara Syndrome, a neurological disorder similar to Dravet Syndrome that saw her suffer from debilitating seizures. Her mom Rhonda is an amazing advocate for her daughter. This is every parents worse nightmare and I cannot even begin to imagine what this family is going through. These diseases suck and I am so sick of seeing kids seize, suffer and die. F#%k. F#%k.
