On yesterday I turned 59 years young! I thanked God several times for allowing me to see my 59th birthday. I did not plan my day, I just wanted to see how it would unfold. I received numerous phone calls, some people knew it was my birthday and some did not. The group of people who called and did not know it was my birthday added extra spice to my day; those who called and knew it was my birthday made my day even sweeter! I got more calls on this birthday than I ever have before and I wanna say thank you to all of you who called. I receive numerous messages on facebook and I want to thank all of you who sent those messages and who recognized me on my birthday, I appreciate you very much as well. I will continue to celebrate for the next several days with family and friends as planned. My sister, Melodee Higgins surprised me and treated me to lunch and we had a wonderful time. We went to one of my favorite restaurants Red Lobster and boy did we feast, thank you so much for making my day!! I am the one who usually calls everybody and sings happy birthday to them; but, I was surprised by a few people who called and sang happy birthday to me! Thank you Charlotte Morrow who called and sang Happy Birthday, I didnt know she had a beautiful voice! Thank you Pastor Leonard and First Lady Mary Law for calling and singing to me, what great harmony they have! My oldest sister Deitra Byrd Rogers called and sang to me also, thank you I look forward to our breakfast engagement during my celebratory week! Thank you to my granddaughter Jada Janae Medina for walking in her Grans footsteps and singing Happy Birthday to me Stevie Wonder style (my number one favorite secular music artist; Im going to marry him someday, lol!)!! Finally, when I got home I found a beautiful bouquet of fresh cut flowers from my daughter Brandy and her family, thank you Knuckles family!! Thank you everybody for everything, I love you all! May all of your deeds and expressions be multiplied and returned to you 1,000 fold, be blessed!!!
