Once “A” is there be prepare for “B” Beware of Agarwal Packers & Mover Ltd -Stolen our house hold material I just shifted my base along with family from Mumbai- Noida. For transporting services of my house hold items and car I took services from so called branded company ( Agarwal Packers & Mover Ltd) and even paid premium as per the service was committed to me. I have been through the process of packing, listing the material and even I did number locking of the truck with my own hand). Even when we received the truck in Noida the number lock was ok but in the mid they have open the truck with some mal practices and stolen one box. Now they have stolen one box (which have lots of critical items) from my material list and constantly I am following it with their different team from last 15 days. They also acknowledged initially but now seems have no intension to return it back. Every time they pass the case to different new person ( more than 100 calls I did from Mumbai/Delhi) whom I have to explain again from fresh and then he buy time and will never get back. Looking after the process I write an email to MD of the company (Mr. Ramesh Agarwal) and 3 follow-up over it. But he also don’t even bother to respond the email nor return my stolen material. Now It seems that APML companies top-to-bottom this is usual practice and once the consumer (like us) get offended and stop calling or follow-up the case ends in there system. It’s clearly the new way of stealing the material. Now they don’t picks my call nor respond to my emails. Now for every new day my family face lots of issue and have to buy same materials in Noida. Even we don’t remember properly how many material was packed in that box and every day once we don’t get anything are only able to make it out. For such reason my family have to go for mental trauma. For similar fraud case I am surprised in their web page (Beware of Frauds) and there M.D speaks on media how other company such practices. https://youtube/watch?v=nwdiBIky53g I am shocked, how such a big company can be so irresponsible. Before this also I have transferred my material with several local Packers & Mover and find them more professional then APML. They use to make such a BIG BIG ads on TV but don’t even bother to improve the services and this mal practices. They have a Indian wide call centre but seems only for sales lead and business. For compliant they don’t have any central system. About the Service & Its Payment : Service Provider - Agarwal Packers & Mover Ltd (agarwalpackers/) Mover & Packer – Mumbai ( 30th May 2014 – delivered to Noida on 7th june 2014 & car on 10th June 2014) Deal Value - Rs.60000/- (including the tax) Payment Done - 2 [Cheque no : 873427 of Rs.30,000 & Cheque no : 873428 PDC of 6th June 2014 of Rs.30,000] from my SBI account. Both are debited in their account before our material reaches to us. Deal Committed- packaging, loading, unloading along with dedicated service of complete 20ft truck along with seal lock so no one can open or misplace can be done. Looking after their attitude and intention, I have decided to take the case to multiple forums, like legal, Consumer Court, Social Media and other agencies and will take it to logical conclusion.
