Once again I have been said to be rude. if I am short at the end of a long day, or after trying to hold back tears from losing a long fought battle with one of the babies or an orphan brought in, if I have answered so many calls with pleas attached to take my cats, kittens, pit bulls, etc and can barely find the energy to answer the phone one more time, or if I am just plain exhausted, or you call me at 6 am or midnight to make an appointment, and I come off as rude please kindly point it out. I do not mean to be but may for some reason have come across as such. I am plain spoken and direct, If you call and ask me to declaw your cat, crop your dogs ears or tail I will, with our embarrassment, share my beliefs on maiming your pet for fashion or convenience. But mostly I am beginning to understand that any time I do not tell someone what they want to hear or fulfill their requests in a way they wanted as quickly as they wanted, then I am rude. If this is the case I am very much afraid that is not going to change.
