Once again the dog who’s had the roughest time around people turns out to be the most gentle and forgiving to humans. One-year-old Lisa was found as a stray and she may indeed have had to struggle for herself on the streets all through last winter & then summertime. This pink eared lass seems to shrink within herself when approached but her wagging tail gives away her desire for friendly companionship. Those pink ears were dirty & Lisa needed to be dewormed. There’s no question but that Lisa’s lived a life of deprivation. Her life at the Brooklyn shelter has been every bit as tough as her life on the streets. We can save this little downtrodden girl if we all individually share her so that her life might be spared The alternative is death this morning. Please advocate for the girl who’s had no one on her side.
