Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in Westport, CT with high profile family! Position is Saturday – Wednesday (Thur/Fri OFF). Schedule is approx. 50 hours/wk. OUT OF THIS WORLD SALARY – 100K/YR + BENEFITS!!! Family is looking for a nanny with experience working in high profile households, experience with the kindergarten/elementary age groups (family has three children under the age of 10), smart (able to assist with homework), LOVES travel (domestic and intl), is hip/funny/fun/engaging – you should be the nanny that jumps on the playground with the kids vs. watching from the sidelines! This is a fun, quirky, everything-goes family – so you be able to “hang” – if you’re uptight or conservative this probably isn’t the job for you. Family is very health/fitness conscious– you should love being active and be able to keep up with the family activities (must be a strong swimmer – no exceptions)! Additionally, the perfect nanny will be an excellent communicator, work well with others (home is fully staffed), and be EXTREMELY flexible – hours could change at the drop of hat and you must be willing to give it all when needed and work extra hours whenever needed. This is a live out position – family will consider out-of-state candidates but you must be open to moving yourself (at your expense) to the area. Family is willing to provide temporary housing for a couple weeks as you find an apartment BUT you must be willing to pick up and move ASAP – they want someone in this position yesterday!
