One arrested in Dominica drug bust ******************** One individual is in police custody following a drug bust in Dominica. Police PRO, Inspector John Carbon, said on July 12, 2013 about 4:00 am, members of the Drug Squad and the Coast Guard Unit conducted an anti drug operation in the community located in the south of the island. During the operation over 1,400 pounds of Marijuana, an open keel boat named BOWDEL powered by 2 – 200 horse power engines and one Nissan pick-up registration number PD387 was seized. The identity of the individual was not released by the police. Investigations are continuing, Inspector Carbon said.
