One for the LADIES! I have received all your inbox messages and i am really trying to reply to all your questions, please do not think me rude but this is impossible to get through them all so i will try and answer the bulk of your questions on main page. Diet and fat loss plan for you girls. Remember that you may need to adjust your calories slightly, before you do anything be sure to follow these simple steps! 1) Get a food diary! 2) Buy all the food you need before you even consider starting 3) Record all your food, energy levels and general moods 4) WEIGH your self and record! Food Plan: Meal 1) - Oats (made with water) 30-40 g, Strawberries 810, 3 egg whites (scramble or boiled) Snack) - 1 cup of natural low fat Greek yogurt, 8-12 blueberries, 2 celery sticks Meal 2) - Brown rice 30-40g, White fish 70-90 g, Green salad, Omega 3,6,9 one tablespoon Snack) - Apple, hazelnuts or almonds (8-10), 1 scoop diet protein (make sure no more than 2 g of carbs in this drink) Meal 3) - Salmon, turkey or chicken breast 70-90 g, 3 cups of spinach leaves, 4-6 stems of asparagus, Snack) - (optional if hungry) - 2 egg whites, green salad and celery Drink green tea before meals and peppermint tea after meals, drink as much water as you can.
