One good thing about this awful illogical, randomised?!?!?!, badger cull is that all kinds of disgusting cruelty and illegal country activity by ppl who were obviously either born sadistic or raised to be is finally being brought to light to a larger audience... There are sadly so many folks here in the country who are taught to be cruel from the word go by having what little compassion they do have for living creatures shamed or beaten out of them. You are bred to be tough in the country because Nature is tough! - or something like that. Yes but its not sick enough to delight in actually torturing and abusing another living being though is it? They are not educated about how most if not all mammals have emotional lives and how if they MUST be killed, do it with skill and respect! We are discovering that badger baiting is still a thriving tradition every easter in certain parts of Devon... and has long been enjoyed in Cornwall without any bother from the police. Some baiters gladly pay around £100 for a live badger... such is the pleasure they derive from this abusive entertainment. And this, my friends is the tip of the iceberg!
