One last post before sleep. Dear heroes & families, Please remember that whatever the next few weeks bring, there is no group of people on earth better able to adapt, overcome, persevere, and kick some six while doing so. Fairly, many of us are scared. Many of us are spending long sleepless nights wondering how we are going to cover the basics... Much less other bills. BUT, over the last more than six years I have seen you - time and time again - look at an impossible situation and figure out how to make it through. I have seen you face circumstances many couldnt fathom, and not only rise from those places but in doing so pull others up with you. You are the most incredible, indescribable, monumentally amazing group of people. And while I would give just about anything for all of us to just skip this mess, I know that whatever happens, we CAN handle it. Because if theres one thing Ive learned in almost 2600 days of getting to know you its that even when we are shaken, even when we are scared and sleepless, we can still rely on each other and the ingenuity, heart, and pure stubbornness of us.
