One last post to finish off the Official Thank a Police Officer Day. What is your favorite memory of a Police Officer and what Department. One ignorant comment and you will be banned. Fair warning!! One of my best memories of Police Officers is with St. Charles County Sheriffs Department as a kid. I always had Deputies driving through my Subdivision as a kid. I would always run out of the house as if it were the ice cream man and stop the Officer. I collected the baseball cards they handed out and always wanted more. Of course I wanted to see the lights and hear the siren. Three Deputies really stood out as amazing Officers. Now I know a lot more amazing Officers. We are so lucky to have the Officers in St. Charles County that we have, City Officers or County Deputies.
