One more reply on a post Sorry thda rude likh diya.. वाह क्या बात है मजा आ गया। but ground realities are different even worse 1. Senior members of our family will take promotion but wont take responsibility why MTs even in probation period have to go for incumbency when there are seniors having more experience in scale 1 2. It is horrible to see Incumbent Getting 30-35 k and satisfying customers CO ATM IR ZAO where as promoted earning 50 k and not capable of doing TM 3.In present scenario its a bitter truth that management is giving promotion to those who does not deserve or want But those want are given poor PAF.. so that there promotion is affected 4. Reality is this that MANAGEMENT & UNION both want to sacrifice younger blood for their on selfishness . 5. I am extremely sorry for those seniors who are doing brilliant job after promotion.. as I have seen both hard working as well as lazy ones. Unfortunately the lazy ones are in majority in this matter.
