One of my favorite breakfasts is a simple, yet filling, one. 4-5 organic cherry tomatoes or a few slices of garden tomato 1/3 avocado, sliced 1 t coconut oil 1 organic, free range egg 1 piece gluten free bread, toasted Fry the egg in the coconut oil. Serve with sliced avocado and tomatoes, your favorite hot sauce if you like, a sprinkle of hemp hearts, and side of toast. This will keep you full all morning, reduce your cravings at lunch, and provide your brain winsome good healthy fats to focus on your morning tasks. Enjoy your day!
